Salon Pricing

Services are priced to reflect experience level and vary by stylist. If you have questions in regards to the cost of your appointment, do not hesitate to ask for a cost breakdown from our front desk staff or your stylist before your scheduled visit.

 

Refund Policy

We are unable to offer refunds on services provided.  If you are unsatisfied with a service you receive at Gloss, please notify us within one week of your appointment. We will invite you back for a redo appointment on the house. We always strive to provide high quality services and to meet client expectations. If we are unable to do so, we hope you give us the opportunity to make things right.

If you decide to purchase a product from us and it doesn't seem to work for your at home routine, please bring the product in at your earliest convenience and we will exchange it for something that you will love!  No refunds on products.  They are for exchange only.

NEW CLIENT BOOKING POLICY:

Gloss Hair Parlor requires a credit card on file to schedule an appointment. By booking with us and leaving a card on file you are agreeing to our cancellation policy and are willing to be charged for rescheduling or missing your appointment based on the terms. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within a 48-hour window are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, which is charged to the card on file.

 

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY/SAME DAY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULE:

If you have an appointment scheduled and you no call/no show or attempt to cancel or reschedule the same day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service you were booked for. This charge will be processed to the credit card on file and is not transferrable if you decide to schedule an additional appointment for a later date.
